Behind every meaningful transformation is a shift in the way we think and feel. As a Mindset Coach, my work focuses on helping individuals understand their thought patterns and emotional responses, and guiding them toward clarity, balance, and purposeful living.
My approach blends spiritual insight with practical techniques to help you break through mental blocks, gain deeper self-awareness, and move toward the life you truly desire. Through mindful reflection, conscious thinking, and simple yet powerful tools, I help clients reconnect with their inner strength and possibilities.
I am an avid reader and lifelong learner, having explored numerous books and teachings on mindset, personal growth, and spiritual awareness. My passion for simplifying complex ideas led me to write my book, Thoughts Simplified, where I share insights on understanding and transforming our thoughts in everyday life.
My intention is simple ... to create a supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and rediscover the power already within you.

Having previously suffered from migraines, I started coaching with Gayatri to aid in my recovery. Initially, as someone generally introverted and not to share too much of my personal issue, I had doubts as to whether coaching was going to help me. Once I started working together with Gayatri, she immediately provided me with a safe and inviting environment. She never tried to pressure me into disclosing any more than I felt comfortable with, but she did gently helped clarify and organize my thoughts as a way to begin to identify my feelings patterns.
Gayatri taught me, among many other things, ways in which to observe my thoughts and not let them control my behavior.
Thanks to all of her sessions, I had begun to have a more settled level of mental noise than I had previously experienced, giving me greater clarity and balance than I had previously. I have also experienced a dramatic decrease in the frequency of my migraines.
